- We will confirm availability and pricing via email before scheduling any work
- Appointments are confirmed only after mutual agreement on date, time, and price
Cancellations
- You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice at no charge
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a £35.00 cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

- Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins

Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work
- We accept bank transfer, card payment, and cash

Service Guarantee
All work carried out by voltaic-lab is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of completion. This guarantee covers:
- Workmanship defects
- Parts we supply and install
- Repairs that fail under normal use
The guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Work modified or repaired by others

Liability and Insurance
